What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay

How to track my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’ll email you a confirmation. Once it’s on the move, you’ll get another email with tracking information, making it easy to follow your package every step of the way!

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us. After this time, we cannot cancel orders once processing has begun.

How long does ordering processing take?

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or high sales volume periods, but we always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

How long does the delivery take?

Once your order has been shipped, packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used. Shipping may take longer than usual during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major holidays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.00. 

Excludes other promotions, discounts, and final sale items.


Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Where do your items ship from?

 All orders from Bethany’s Chic Boutique are shipped from our two U.S. warehouses, located in Utah and Colorado. Having U.S based fulfillment centers helps us cut down on shipping times and costs, so your order arrives faster and more affordably.

Will my order ship from both warehouses?

Depending on product availability, your order may ship from one or both locations. If items are sent separately, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers so you can follow each package easily.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

Store Credit & Exchanges

We offer store credit or exchanges only. Store credit will be sent to your email after your return is approved and does not expire. It can be used toward any future purchase.

Damaged Items Policy

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can report the issue to our supplier. Please email BethanysChicBoutique@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged”, and include your order number, clear photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue. We are unable to process damage claims submitted after the 3-day window.

How do I track my Refund?

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after your return has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Why hasn’t my refund shown up yet?

If it’s been less than 10 business days since your refund was issued, your bank may still be processing the transaction. We recommend checking with your financial institution, as some banks take a little longer to release funds.
